How do I report a defective DVD or VCD? |

If you email us at help@thaionair.com, we will promptly replace your disk. If you have more than three incidents of damaged disks, we reserve the right to limit the number of re-shipping requests. |

What do I do if one of my discs is damaged or lost? |

If a disc that you receive from us is damaged, if you lose a disc, or if a shipment of discs simply does not arrive, please click on the "Damaged or Lost Disc" link on this page to send us an email. We will send you a new disc when we receive your email. |

Are your movies legal? Where do you get all of your Lakorn Thai and movies? |

All our Thai movies are original discs (not copied), purchased directly from distributors. All our Lakorn Thai are purchased directly from the distributors who are official US licensees and who permit Thai On Air to make copies for our customers. We respect copyrights, and we do not distribute ANY unauthorized Thai movies or TV series. |
